1. How can I make a purchase?

    Shopping at poetreeinbloom.com is easy:
  • Login to poetreeinbloom.com
  • To add items in your cart, click on “Add to Cart” for the item you wish to purchase
  • To change the quantity of the item, change the number in the box under the “Quantity” column
  • To review the items in your cart, click on the ‘Cart’ link, located at the top right of the page
  • If you have an applicable ‘Promo Code’, enter it and click on ‘Apply’. The total price will be updated with the discount
  • Review your order at the Cart Page. Once you are ready to place the order, click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’
  • Fill in all necessary details for your shipping details (NO PO BOX), click on ‘Proceed to Paypal’ to choose your preferred payment method
  • Please review your orders again and total amount before completing the payment
  • You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have placed your order. Your order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email

 

2. How long does it take to confirm my order?

Orders are confirmed once payment has been completed. Please check your email for the Order Confirmation.

 

3. Why does my Order Status show “payment pending”? Should I re-create a new order?

Most payments are processed immediately. Once the order has been confirmed you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us at contact@poetreeinbloom.com and do not re-create your order to prevent duplication.

 

4. Can I amend my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?

We know how exciting it is to receive orders on time, therefore we are unable to amend any orders as we process orders immediately when payment is confirmed. Any amendments may cause delay in the delivery of your order.

 

5. May I buy products directly at your warehouse?

Purchases may be made at our warehouse 49 Jalan Pemimpin #01-09 S(577203). Please make an appointment to ensure our staff are available to attend to you.

 

6. Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once it has been marked as “processing”. To check the status of your order, please login to your account at , click on “my account” in the top right hand corner of the page, click on “my orders” on the left hand side of the page, and then view your most current order.

 

7. I am having issues using the coupon/voucher code

    Please check if :
  • The coupon/voucher code has expired
  • Coupon/Voucher is for one time use only
  • Each order can only use 1 coupon/voucher
  • The coupon/voucher may not be valid for Non-Discountable or brands excluded from sale (see list Non-Sale Brands)
  • You have use a non participating Credit Card for the coupon discount
  • Rewards Redemption and discounts cannot be used at the same time during Sale

 

8. Can I order through phone?

Of course! While we love talking to our customers, we encourage placing your orders online. If you prefer to speak with us, please call our Customer Service team at Poetree.

 

9. What do I do when items in my cart are Out of Stock?

We know how annoying it is when your favourite items are out of stock. In the event that your item is unavailable, please click the ”Remove Me” tab located under the specific item. This will not affect the rest of the items in your cart. We will work to get the product back in stock.

 

10. I am facing problems ordering through my mobile device

Poetreeinbloom.com is compatible on most mobile devices and browsers. We suggest restarting the browser and clearing the cache before logging onto Poetreeinbloom.com. If you continue to face problems, please send a screenshot of the error to contact@poetreeinbloom.com or give us a call and we will assist you.

 

11. What do I do if I receive a faulty item or have a problem with an item ordered?

Please contact us immediately at contact@poetreeinbloom.com with your order number, details and an image of the faulty items received. Please do not discard the items as we will need it to be collected back by our courier.

  • A shipping fee will apply if your minimum purchase amount falls below S$50 after discounts.

1. Can I choose when my order is delivered?

Yes, you can. Please state your preferred delivery date and timing in the textbox  upon filling up your details. We will try our best to accommodate you request.

 

2. Can I collect my order directly from Poetree?

Yes you can, if you are located in Singapore. You can pick up your order at 49 Jalan Pemimpin #01-09 S(577203) between Monday – Friday, 10:00am – 4:00pm SGT (closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays). Please indicate self collection in checkout notes as well as the date and time you will be coming down.

 

3. What should I do if my order has not arrived?

4. Will I get charged for a re-delivery?

If we attempt to deliver your order, but you are not present to receive it; we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Please note, there is a re-delivery fee of S$10 for orders under S$50. There is no fee for orders over S$50. If our courier is unable to reach you after two delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our offices for cancellation.

1. What do I do if I had an allergic reactions?

At Poetreeinbloom.com, we specially curate the products we carry. The ingredients of the product are listed on the page to help you identify any sensitivities with certain ingredients. Different skin types and skin conditions may react differently to our products and brands. It is always best to know and understand how you react to different products and ingredients. If you experienced an allergic reaction, please send a detailed description of what occurred along with the pictures to contact@poetreeinbloom.com We will communicate this to the brand and help find an appropriate solution. Please note that issues must be reported within 14 days of receipt of item. In certain instances, a medical certificate may be requested to identify if it is the product that caused the allergic reactions.

 

2. What happens if I am unhappy with the product I purchase or I changed my mind?

Should you wish to return an item that you’ve purchased, please email us at contact@poetreeinbloom.com. You will need to ship us back the item and a credit voucher will be issued to you once we have received the items and inspected them. Please be advised that the items must meet the following conditions before any refund will be issued.

    1. Item must be in its original purchase condition, packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
    2. Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
    3. Gifts with Purchase and samples must also be returned if it is included in the purchase.
    4. Items purchased on sale and discounts are non-exchangeable and non-returnable

2. I am having problems logging into my account

    If you receive a message stating that your email address/password is not recognised – please follow the steps below:

The Poetree Rewards Programme is designed to thank you for your ongoing support. Purchase any products from our online shop and we will give you points in return. Collect points and use them to save on your future purchases.

 

2. How do I earn points?

For every dollar spent, you will be automatically rewarded with 1 point. In addition, when you review your purchases on our online shop, you will be automatically rewarded with 10 points for your feedback.

 

3. How do I redeem my points?

Your points will automatically be credited into your account, no action necessary.

 

4. How do I check how many points I have?

Just head to ‘My Account‘ on the Poetree website and you will see how many points you have collected so far.

 

5. What can I use my points for?

Your collected points can be applied as a discount on any purchase of your choosing, as and when you would like. 1 point is equivalent to a $0.05 discount.
